Before joining The Judge Group, he held leadership roles in global operations, delivery, and strategic development at prominent organizations including CenturyLink, Incedo, and Mastech Digital.

Gaurav is recognized for his ability to lead large, high-performing teams, having built and managed organizations with 500+ professionals. He is deeply skilled in global business strategy, client relationship management, revenue growth, and cross-functional team alignment across geographies.
