Aagaman – Induction & Onboarding for all JI employees
Aagaman is the process of introducing new talent to the organization, its culture, values, policies, and procedures. The primary objective of Aagaman is to help new employees settle into their new roles quickly and smoothly, enhancing their productivity and reducing turnover. The process involves various activities, including an introduction to different teams, orientation sessions, training programs, on-the-job training, and mentorship programs.
Abhipad – Fresher batch training
Abhipad is a training program designed for recent graduates. The aim of the fresher batch training is to equip participants with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen field. We provide them with industry-specific knowledge and terminology, technical skills, and soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, time management, professionalism, and workplace etiquette.
Ascent – Career training
This is a focused career program for all team leads, domain specialists, and support teams (AM and above). This learning program is designed and targeted to upskill the employees for newly acquired roles and transition them into successful supervisors. This program would offer experiential modules where the learnings could be implemented instantaneously.
Landmark – Leadership Workshop
Landmark is a yearly leadership workshop that brings together the top executives of our organization to evaluate the previous year’s performance and formulate a growth plan for the forthcoming year. It also serves as an opportunity to commemorate our collective successes and team effort.
Competence Trainings – All across the organization
Competence training programs are designed to improve an individual’s skills and abilities in a particular area. The objective of this training is to help individuals acquire the knowledge and skills needed to perform their job more effectively and efficiently. The effectiveness of the competence training is assessed through evaluations or tests, such as competency assessments, performance reviews, or skill-based assessments.
